Freeprenuers, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides mentorship to Teen Girls, ages 10-18. We empower them to become self-sufficient Adults through life skills, entrepreneurship and mental health wellness.
We encourage the participation of volunteers who support our mission and are willing to contribute. The information provided through this form will be kept confidential and will help us determine the most satisfying and appropriate volunteer opportunity for you.

The Employee, Volunteer, or Mentor will not reveal confidential information of either the operations of the Organization, its Founder, Employees, Volunteers, or its Members (including youth) to any individual, partnership, corporation, or association, including one in a business competitive with the Organization in any manner whatsoever, other than as necessary and appropriate in the ordinary course of the Organization's business. Confidential information includes but is not limited to, the names or addresses of any Employee, Volunteer, or Member (including Youth) of the Organization, contact person, purchasing of buying patterns, operating patterns, confidential technical information and/or any information subject to a non-disclosure agreement.
Freeprenuers, Inc. Liability Waiver
In consideration of the undersigned participation of own free will in Nakishia R. Freeman, Freeprenuers, Inc. Organization negligence of the parties herein. The undersigned is fully aware of the risks in participating in any capacity with an organization of this nature and fully understands that said individual is forever giving up in advance any right to sue or make claims against the parties. The undersigned is releasing the parties if the undersigned suffers such injuries and damages even though said individual does not know what or how extensive those damages might be and is voluntarily assuming the risks of such injuries and damages unless caused by the gross negligence of the parties herein. The undersigned also acknowledges the fact that Events/Activities may be taped and photographed. The undersigned hereby grants to Nakishia R. Freeman and Freeprenuers, Inc. may grant to others the exclusive worldwide rights in all media (including over-the-air, cable, satellite, internet and other means of distribution, transmission, exhibition and reception, or combination thereof, now and hereafter devised) to televise the event on a taped-delay basis in perpetuity. This Waiver and Release shall be binding upon the heirs, next of kin, personal representatives, executors, and administrators of the undersigned. In signing the foregoing release, the undersigned hereby acknowledges and represents that Participant has read the foregoing release, understands it, and signs it voluntarily and that undersigned is of sound mind. By signing this, I understand that I am entering into an agreement with Freeprenuers, Inc. Organization as an Employee, Volunteer, or Mentor.
